Department: Brokerage

• Work directly with account managers & customers to qualify all sales opportunities
• Maintain database to record & provide data on all opportunities received
• Perform clerical process on all sales opportunities by processing opportunities
• Provide customer service support
• Perform miscellaneous job functions to assist with operations & sales efforts
• All other duties & responsibilities as assigned

• Good customer service telephone skills
• Good written & oral communication skills
• Ability to multitask with high attention to details with the ability to follow up/follow through
• Good computer skills including MS Word & Excel
• High school diploma or equivalent
