Location: Corporate Office - Richmond, VA

Department: Accounts Receivable

• Call assigned customers on past due accounts
• Troubleshoot invoicing disputes
• Provide exceptional customer service to assigned Accounts customers
• Interact with other corporate departments & field personnel to resolve invoice differences
• Complete detailed reporting requirements on a timely basis
• Enter all account information into AS400 system
• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned

• Strong customer service skills & experience with one-three years experience in collections or data entry
• A/R experience with direct customer contact required
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Good math & 10-key abilities, proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word
• Must be self-directed & possess strong organizational skills
• AS400 & trucking experience preferred
• Minimum typing speed of 40-45 words per minute
