Location: Corporate Office - Richmond, VA

Department: Fleet Services

• Assists in writing Fleet Services procedures as needed, using vendor literature and/or as instructed by management
• Edits and updates Fleet Services procedure manuals routinely to stay current with new procedures
• Creates Table of Contents, inserts illustrations, etc, for procedure manuals, using Microsoft Office and PageMaker
• Keys information quickly and accurately
• Distributes manuals and updates to the field as needed
• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned

• Must be able to comprehend technical information pertaining to Fleet Services policies and procedures and inform field locations of same in clear and concise language
• Very good communication, computer and writing skills
• Fast and accurate keying ability
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and PageMaker
• Must be self-directed and able to multi-task
• High School diploma or equivalent required; higher education courses in English, technical/ creative writing and graphics or experience in same is desired
• Trucking and/or automotive experience will be helpful
