Department: Corporate Customer Care
Job Summary
- Respond to telephone & email customer service inquiries as part of a team within the Customer Service Call Center.
- Interact with other Corporate departments & field locations to research shipment issues.
- Trace shipments, provide bills of lading & proofs of delivery, etc., as requested by customers.
- May include occasional coverage for receptionist.
- Includes on-the-job training in Estes Customer Care guidelines.
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications
- Prior customer service experience preferred
- Strong oral & written communication skills
- Must be self-directed & detail oriented in a fast-paced environment
- Fluency in Spanish very helpful
- Good computer skills, including Microsoft Word & Excel
- Knowledge of AS400 system preferred
- Prior transportation experience desired
- High school diploma or equivalent required
