Qualifications
Terminal Manager
- A minimum of five years management experience in the LTL industry required
- Must be able to thrive in a fast paced environment
- Must possess exceptional leadership and communication skills
- Must have strong team building talents
- Ability to create, implement and monitor training programs
- Must have good computer skills
- Must be organized and a good communicator
- Must have a strong work ethic
- Must be able to work all shifts
- Some traveling required
- Must be capable of lifting a minimum of 25 lbs
- High School Diploma or General Educational Degree (GED), or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Responds well to questions. Ability to read and interpret written information and documents such as safety rules, operations and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals
- Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and will be subject to a criminal history background check
- Must be eligible to work in the United States
- If a rehire, must be eligible for rehire
