Qualifications

Terminal Manager

• A minimum of five years management experience in the LTL industry required
• Must be able to thrive in a fast paced environment
• Must possess exceptional leadership and communication skills
• Must have strong team building talents
• Ability to create, implement and monitor training programs
• Must have good computer skills
• Must be organized and a good communicator
• Must have a strong work ethic
• Must be able to work all shifts
• Some traveling required
• Must be capable of lifting a minimum of 25 lbs
• High School Diploma or General Educational Degree (GED), or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Responds well to questions. Ability to read and interpret written information and documents such as safety rules, operations and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals
• Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and will be subject to a criminal history background check
• Must be eligible to work in the United States
• If a rehire, must be eligible for rehire
