Qualifications

Fleet Services Shop Manager

• Five years experience in shop and personnel management in the trucking industry
• Some technical school helpful
• Must have proven leadership experience
• Must have strong team building talents
• Must have good computer skills
• Must have experience with a computerized maintenance facilitly
• Must be organized and a good communicator
• Must have a strong work ethic
• Must be capable of lifting 75 lbs.
• Must be willing to work any shift, including weekends
• Must be mentally and emotionally capable of handling a high stress environment
• Must pass pre-employment drug screen and background check
• Must have a valid driver’s license
• Must have an acceptable DMV record
• High School diploma or equivalent
