Quality services between the U.S. and Mexico

We've teamed up with TNL, one of Mexico's largest LTL carriers, to provide you with quality services between the U.S. and Mexico.

How It Works:

1. Arrange for a pickup as usual.
2. Call your freight forwarder/customs broker in Laredo, TX, to assist you with customs and paperwork requirements.
3. We will then pick up your freight along with four copies of the following documents:
   1. An Estes Mexico Bill of Lading [pdf]
   2. A Commercial Invoice [pdf]
   3. A packing list
   4. A NAFTA Certificate of Origin for all shipments of U.S. or Canadian origin valued at $1,200 or more U.S. dollars. (For easier border clearance, we recommend you include this with all shipments.)
   5. A Shipper's Export Declaration (S.E.D.) [pdf] for shipments valued at more than $2,500, or if an export license is required.
   6. A Certificate of Origin [pdf] for any shipment manufactured outside of the United States or Canada.
4. After we deliver your shipment to the freight forwarder/customs broker you have chosen, he or she will give your paperwork to Mexican Customs and arrange for border clearance.
5. Once it clears customs, TNL will take possession of the freight and deliver it to its final destination.
