February 7, 2008Estes Express Lines Announces a General Rate Increase
Dear Valued Customer:
At Estes, we are committed to providing you with the superior service that you have come to expect from us. To continue operating at this level and to remain competitive, it is essential that we invest in equipment and technology, retain experienced employees and acquire the insurance protection we need to maintain our financial viability.
Due to rising costs in these and other areas, it is necessary for us to implement a price increase averaging 5.5% effective February 18, 2008. If you currently have a copy of our rating software, the revised rates will be mailed to you. Also, on February 11, the new rates will be available on our website. If you need individual rate quotes, simply call your local Estes terminal or contact one of our corporate office rating specialists at 804-353-1900, Ext. 2269.
